ARCHANA
​
*** Traditional Archana
A sacred ritual performed by our temple priests in which the devotee's name, birth star (nakshatra), and rasi or gothra are recited to invoke divine guidance and blessings. During this ceremony, priests chant the names of the chosen Deity 16 or 32 times at the sannidhi (shrine) where the Archana is being performed.
*** Ashtottara Sata Namavali Archana (108 Archana)
An auspicious ceremony where temple priests recite the devotee's name, birth star, and rasi or gothra to channel individual blessings and divine protection. In this special Archana, priests chant the 108 sacred names of the Deity at their respective sannidhi.
*** Sahasra Namavali Archana (1000 Archana)
A profound devotional ritual in which priests recite the devotee's personal details (name, birth star, and rasi or gothra) to establish a spiritual connection for guidance and blessings. This comprehensive ceremony involves the chanting of 1000 divine names of the Deity at their sannidhi.

Procedure for Archana :

1. Obtain the specific Archana ticket at the temple office
2. Complete the form with your name, birth star (nakshatra), and rasi
3. Present the completed form to the priest
4. If desired, devotees may bring traditional offerings (coconut, banana, fruits, incense, flowers, betel leaf, and areca nut arranged on a ceremonial plate
HOMAM (SACRED FIRE RITUALS)

*** Ganapathy Homam
A sacred fire ritual performed to seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and bestower of wisdom. Through the offering of sacred substances into the consecrated fire while chanting specific mantras, this ceremony invokes Ganesha's divine power to overcome challenges, enhance intelligence, and receive auspicious blessings.

*** Durga Homam
A powerful Vedic fire ceremony dedicated to Goddess Durga, the embodiment of divine feminine power (Shakti). This sacred ritual invokes Durga's blessings for protection, health, prosperity, and the removal of negative influences and obstacles from one's life path.

*** Skanda Homam
A sacred fire ritual honoring Lord Skanda (also known as Lord Murugan), the divine commander of celestial forces. This ceremony bestows spiritual protection, helps overcome obstacles, and promotes spiritual advancement and divine grace.

*** Navagraha Homam
A comprehensive fire ritual performed to harmonize the energies of the nine celestial deities (Navagrahas) that govern planetary influences in Vedic astrology. This ceremony balances the cosmic energies of the Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Rahu, and Ketu, mitigating potential negative influences on one's life journey.

A specialized fire ritual conducted to alleviate the challenging effects of Saturn (Shani). This ceremony is particularly recommended when one's horoscope (birth chart) indicates a malefic position or association of Lord Shani with other planets, helping transform obstacles into opportunities.

*** Guru Parihara Homam
A sacred fire ceremony performed to honor Lord Jupiter (Guru), the planet representing knowledge, wisdom, and spiritual growth. This ritual appeases any malefic effects of Jupiter and invokes its blessings for wisdom, prosperity, and spiritual fulfillment.

*** Nigumbala Homam
A powerful fire ritual dedicated to Goddess Pratyangira Devi, traditionally performed on new moon (Amavasya) days. This ceremony removes obstacles and negative influences, including protection from evil eye, black magic, and planetary afflictions (graha dosha).

*** Shani Peyarchi Homam

ABHISHEKAM

*** Milk Abhishekam
A divine ritual involving the ceremonial bathing of the deity with sacred substances (dravyas) including turmeric, sandalwood paste, saffron powder, coconut water, lime juice, honey, milk, yogurt, and other auspicious offerings while priests chant powerful mantras. This particular ceremony emphasizes the special ablution with milk.

*** Rudra Abhishekam (1 Main Kumbam)
A sacred ablution ceremony where priests pour sanctified substances over the deity while reciting mantras, featuring one dedicated kumbam (sacred vessel). This ritual invokes the blessings of Lord Shiva in his Rudra form.

*** Snapana Abhishekam (1 Main Kumbam + 9 Sub Kumbams)
An elaborate ritual bathing of the deity with sacred substances while mantras are chanted, performed with ten dedicated kumbams (one main vessel and nine supporting vessels). This comprehensive ceremony purifies and energizes the divine presence.

*** Ashtottara Sata Sanghabhishekam (1 Main Kumbam + 9 Sub Kumbams + 108 Sanghus)
A grand ceremonial ablution where priests pour sacred substances over the deity while chanting mantras, utilizing ten dedicated kumbams and holy water from 108 sanghus (conch shells). This extensive ritual magnifies the divine energy and blessings.

*** Ashtottara Sahasra Sanghabhishekam (1 Main Kumbam + 9 Sub Kumbams + 1008 Sanghus)
The most comprehensive abhishekam ceremony, involving the ritual bathing of the deity with sacred substances while mantras are chanted, performed with ten dedicated kumbams and holy water from 1008 sanghus (conch shells). This supreme offering brings the highest spiritual merit and divine grace
Procedure for Abhishekam:

1. Contact the temple office to schedule your Abhishekam on your preferred date
2. Abhishekams are typically performed in the morning; please arrive before 8:15 AM
3. Complete payment and fill out the form with names, birth stars, and rasis of family members
4. Bring milk for the abhishekam ceremony
5. Optional: Devotees may bring additional traditional offerings (yogurt, honey, coconut water, rose water, saree, veshti, flowers, garland, ornaments, fruits, etc.)

SHANTI (REMEDIAL CEREMONIES)
​​*** Kalathira Dosha Shanti
A specialized remedial ceremony for those affected by Kalathira dosha, which occurs when malefic planets occupy the 7th house of one's horoscope or when Venus is afflicted. This ceremony is highly recommended for couples to ensure a harmonious and blissful married life. The ritual involves invoking the deity of the affected planet through sacred mantras. *Consultation with an astrologer or priest is recommended to determine which planet causes this dosha.

*** Sarpa Shanti
A powerful remedial ceremony addressing Sarpa dosha, which is determined by the placement of Rahu and Ketu in one's horoscope. This condition may manifest as obstacles to conception, marital challenges, chronic health issues, or hindrances to prosperity. The ceremony involves a special fire ritual designed to neutralize these influences. *Consultation with an astrologer or priest is advised to determine the presence and intensity of this dosha.
